Last updated: 12 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dolllar Greens Private Limited (“Dolllar Greens”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about visitors to this website (the “Website”) and people who contact us about our farmhouse and wellness-centre project in Tonk, Rajasthan. By using the Website or sending us an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website or submit your details.
1. Who we are
The Website is operated by Dolllar Greens Private Limited, the company behind the Dolllar Greens Farms project. For the purposes of applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them, we act as the entity that decides why and how your personal information is processed.

We collect only the information that is needed to run the Website and respond to you. Depending on how you use the Website, this may include:
- Information you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), preferred plot or farmhouse option, budget or timeline if you mention it, and the content of any message you write.
- Information from communications: messages, call details, brochure requests, site-visit bookings and any follow-up conversations you have with our team over WhatsApp, phone, email or in person.
- Technical information collected automatically: IP address, approximate location (city or region), device type, browser type and version, operating system, screen size, language, referring page, pages viewed, time spent, clicks and general interaction data.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial-account numbers, government ID numbers, health information or biometric data through the Website. Please do not include such information in your enquiry. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
3. How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on the Website prepares a pre-filled draft message in WhatsApp or Gmail. The Website does not itself transmit the enquiry to our server. Your details reach us only when you press Send in WhatsApp or your email service. Once sent, the message is handled by that service under its own privacy terms and then by our team under this Policy.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to your questions and enquiries, and sharing project details, plans, brochures, availability and pricing options you ask about
- Arranging calls, video meetings and private site visits
- Following up on your enquiry, including by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email, and keeping you informed about project updates, launches, offers and events that may interest you
- Operating, securing, maintaining and improving the Website and its performance
- Understanding how visitors use the Website, and measuring and improving our marketing and advertising
- Preventing fraud, spam, abuse and security incidents
- Complying with legal, regulatory, accounting and record-keeping obligations and enforcing our rights
Where the law requires your consent for a particular use, we rely on it; in other cases we rely on your request, our legitimate business interests, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time (see Section 10).
5. Sharing your information with third parties
Your information may be shared with third parties. We do not sell your personal information for money, but we may disclose, transfer or make it available to the following categories of recipients, to the extent needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

- Authorities and legal recipients: courts, government bodies, regulators, law-enforcement agencies and other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process or to protect rights, property, safety or security
Third parties that receive your information handle it under their own privacy policies and terms, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible. Where we engage a service provider to process information for us, we expect it to protect that information and use it only for the services it provides to us. By submitting your information or using the Website, you agree to such sharing as described here.
6. Aggregated and de-identified information
We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, and may use and share it for any lawful purpose, including research, reporting, marketing and improving our services.

8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies and similar technologies keep the Website working and remember your choices. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are used only if we have configured them and you have allowed optional tracking through the cookie-choice panel. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie choices” in the Website footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the Website may then not work as intended.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our control, including access controls and secure connections. However, no website, email, messaging service or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping your own devices and accounts secure.
